Rack of Lamb or chops

red miso paste
cayenne pepper/ chili powder
sake or rice wine
little brown sugar, if you want a it a little sweet
mix marinade ingredients so it's a liquidy paste. slather on the meat, and let it marinade for at least 1 hour. the paste will thicken on the meat.
grill, bbq, or pan fry to taste. I like it rare in the middle and slightly blacken on the outside.
serve on bed of spinach or bok choy and shitake mushrooms
