2 tbsp olive oil
3 lbs chicken breasts boneless skinless
Salt and peper to taste
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 small onion
1 lbs fresh mushrooms, sliced thickly
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup flour
1/2 dry white whine
1/2 cup chicken broth
2 tbsp tomato paste
1 14.5 oz can of diced tomatoes, drained
1 tsp dried basil leaves
1/2 tsp dried oregano leaves
1/2 tsp dried thyme leaves
Add oinions to bottom of stoneware. Add chicken, and then top chicken with remaining ingredients.
Cover and cook on LOW 7 to 8 hours or on HIGH 4 to 5 hours.
Serve with your favorite cooked pasta and garlic bread!
