Method

Roast squash, with a bit of butter, after having removed seeds and wrappped in foil. After ages, scoop out the soft fleshy yummy smelling middle and make soup with it, any soup you like (ie- add water and boil for a bit till all mushy and/or smooth), add garlic or sweetcorn or coconut or stock or salt and pepper or carrots or ginger or cinnamon or worcester sauce or all of the above, add lentils or spuds.. it's all good. Ta da, yummy creamy healthy soup, yay!.
