Avocado smoothie

Ingredients

- half an avocado
- half pint of liquid - water, milk, juice ... I use soy milk
- small glug of maple syrup or piece of fruit like a banana
- fillers like rice bran, flax seed and sesame seed

... all organic and can be vegan depending on the ingredients you use.
