1. Put sugar, olive oil, carob powder, milk, and sambuca in a pot. Add more milk if needed to thin mixture. Boil 4 minutes.
2. Add peanut butter and oats and mix well. The consistency should be that of a very slow-moving liquid. Add 1/2 cup more oats if too thin.
3. Spread on a cookie sheet. Can be eaten as soon as it cools but is better when allowed to harden.
