1 whole rotisserie chicken, skin and bones removed, shredded into 1/2-inch strips
1 bottle barbeque sauce
8 Monterey Jack cheese slices
8 frozen biscuits
Make biscuits according to package.
In a medium bowl, combine the chicken with 1/2c. barbeque sauce and mix well.
Cut the biscuits in half and stuff with chicken. Put in a casserole dish. Cover the biscuits with the slices of cheese. Pour the rest of the barbeque sauce around the biscuits.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
