- Cook the potatoes in the salt until tender, but not too soft and brittle.
- Peel and cut the potatoes into ca. 1cm dices
- Put the oil into a frying pan on medium high heat
- Put in the cumin seeds for about 10 seconds, then add the potatoes, ginger, salt, ground cumin, cayenne and black pepper
- Stir fry for about 10 minutes
