The best eggs

My mom made eggs this way... the best scrambled eggs you'll ever have.

Ingredients

two eggs, beaten
lots of pepper
salt
butter

Method

The secret here is slow cooking. No crispy eggs!

Set your pan to barely above a low heat, with some butter in it. 3 on a scale of 1-10

Pour egg mixture in, with plenty of pepper on top. Let it sit a bit, and move it around with a spatula so uncooked egg is always touching the pan. DO NOT OVER COOK THE EGGS! Just until they are barely solid.

You can put a lid on the pan to help them cook, but don't forget to move them around.
