Dissolve yeast and honey in the warm water until yeast starts to bubble. Add olive oil and salt, and then whisk in 2 cups of flour until fully mixed. Continue to add 1/2 cup of flour at a time until the dough pulls away from the bowl (usually around 5 cups total). Place in clean oiled bowl and cover. Let rise until doubled in size.
Preheat oven to 450. Roll dough out to about 1/4 inch thick (you can make as many pizzas as you want--I usually do two) and add your favorite toppings. Bake for 12-15 minutes on a baking sheet.
