Marshmallow Tart

Ingredients

18 marshmallows
250 g chocolate bar with nuts
half cup milk
1 cup cream (250ml)
1/2 packet of tennis biscuits
2 teaspoons of butter

Method

Cruch the biscuits ,add the melted butter and bake for 5 minutes 180.Let it cool down ..
Pour milk into a pot and as soon as it starts boiling add yourchocolate and marshmallows.Remove the pot from the stove and continue to stir until all as melted.Now let it cool completely .
Whip the cream and add this to the chocolate mixture.
Pour mixture over the biscuit and put in fridge till set. Remove from fridge just before serving.
