Honey Butter

2 cups honey
2 cubes butter
2 egg yolks
1 tsp vanilla


Beat butter and honey until fluffy. Add egg yolks and vanilla and beat again. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Remove and beat on high speed until light and fluffy.
