Boil chicken with water for 10 minutes and strain. You can use the stock to prepare soups.
Heat butter, add minced garlic, stir for 2 minutes, add green chillies fry well.
Add chicken pieces, saute well. Add crushed pepper corns (around 1 tbsp), mix well so that pepper covers the chicken and let it cook in medium flame.
Turn it in between, when almost done add remaining pepper, lemon juice and kasuri methi leaves.
Cook for 3 mts and remove.
