Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients

2 cups pumpkin that has been cooked and mashed and cooled
3/4 cup white sugar
1 1/2 cups milk
2 eggs( slightly beaten)
1 Tbsp corn starch
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp butter( melted)

Method

Take pumpkin and add sugar ,milk ,eggs ,and gradually add in cornstarch ,then add rest of ingredients .After well mixed out into unbaked pie shell and bake at 425 for 10 - 15 minutes then at 350 degrees for another 40 minutes ,tes t with knife to see if comes out clean in middle of pie .
serve when cooled with whip cream or icecream
