1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (8 oz.) tub sour cream
2 green onions, finely chopped
1/2 green pepper, finely chopped
1 jar salsa or picante sauce
1 bag finely grated cheddar cheese
1 bag flour tortillas
1/2 packet of salsa mix
Mix cream cheese, sour cream, green pepper, green onion, salsa mix, and 1 tablespoon of salsa or picante sauce together.
Spread thnly on tortillas, sprinkle with cheese.
Cover with cloth (large napkin or dish towel). Refrigerate overnight. Cut into 1-inch wide pieces.
Serve with remaining salsa or picante sauce.
