Heat a large non-stick pan over a medium-high heat, add a teaspoon of the oil and fry the pork until browned. Remove the pork from the pan and set aside.
Add the other teaspoon of oil to the pan and fry the onions over a medium heat for about 5mins till softened and slightly browned. Add the garlic and fry for a further 2mins. Add the paprika and chilli and cook for a further minute or so.
Return the meat to the pan with the onions and add the tins of tomatoes, tomato puree, beans and peppers. Season with salt and pepper, bring to the boil, cover and simmer for about 45mins.
