Anne's Mexican Chicken

Submitted by: Shelly Jones Bontrager
The easiest, tastiest chicken recipe on the planet, given to me by my friend and co-worker, Anne Henry. :)

Serves: 6

Preparation time:
Cooking time:

2 cans Black Beans, rinsed and drained
2 cans Green Giant Mexicorn
Some Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast (can be frozen since it will thaw and cook pretty fast)
1 packet of Taco Seasoning
1 jar of Salsa

In a crockpot, pour in beans and mexicorn. Put chicken in. (You can use as many pcs. of chicken as you like.) Sprinkle the dry taco mix over the chicken and pour salsa over the top.
Cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours. Once cooking is done, stir all together. The chicken should shred easily.
You can put this yummy mixture wrapped up in a tortilla, or eat it in a bowl and add shredded cheese, broken tortilla chips and a dollop of sour cream.
You can add more or less of these ingredients depending on how many you are feeding or how big your crockpot is. You can also add diced vegetables, or whatever you like!! It's so easy!! AND I must say, my kids love it. It's not too spicy if you only use 1/2 packet of taco seasoning.
