4 boneless, skinless ckn. breasts
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 soup can ckn. broth
1 cup uncooked rice
1 small onion, chopped
2-3 carrots, cut up
salt and pepper
preheat oven to 325 degrees.
brown chicken 2 mins on each side in skillet.
mix all ingredients and put in 13x9 pan.
cover and cook 30 mins then cut temperature back to 250 and cook 2 hours.
uncover last 30 mins to let chicken brown.
