Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins

Wonderful with or without chocolate chips. We throw our brown bananas straight into the freezer and pull them out whenever we want to make these.

Ingredients

1/2 C. butter
1 C. sugar
2 eggs
3 crushed bananas (if frozen, run under hot water & peels will slide right off)
2 C. flour
1 tsp. baking soda

Method

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and beat well. Stir in bananas. Slowly add flour and baking soda and stir to combine.

Pour into muffin tins and bake at 350 for 25 min.
