1 whole brick of cream cheese (i prefer philly), softened
3/4 cup grated old or sharp cheddar cheese
1 Tbs miracle whip
A few dashes of worchester sauce
A few shakes of onion powder and garlic powder
1 package finely chopped peacans
In a medium bowl, mix together cream cheese and grated cheddar cheese until completely blended. Add miracle whip, blend in well. Add worchester sauce, onion powder and garlic powder, do it bit by bit until desired flavour is achieved. Mix together well and form into a ball. Spread chopped peacans onto a plate and roll cheese ball until completely covered in nuts. Place in fridge and allow to set (approx. 1 hour). Be sure to take it out of the fridge about 30 minutes prior to serving, so it can soften a little (easier to spread). Serve with crackers.
