Chop us onion and potatoes.. I like them cut small because it makes them cook faster and mushier.
In a bowl mix the cream cheese, the condensed soup, and one of the sticks of butter (you can soften it up in the microwave)
throw the veg in the bowl and make sure they are thoroughly coated, and then pour it all into a 13"x19" pyrex pan (or whatever pan you have)
Crumble cornflakes to make delicious crust over the top. Melt the second stick of butter (overkill? I think not!) and pour over top of potato mixture and cornflakes.. that's two sticks of tastiness!
Bake at 350F for an hour... and don't let your fat friends anywhere near it!
