5 minute fudge

Reminds me of Ben.
Easy fudge, but very soft texture
Coconut, sunflowerseeds, raisins or dried fruit may be used instead of nuts

4 Tbsp butter
1 1/3 cups evaporated milk
3 1/3 cups sugar
1 tsp salt
4 cups mini marshmallows
3 cups chocolate chips
2 tsp vanilla
1 cup chopped nuts
(variation for Mocha Fudge:
use 2 cups chocolate chips &
1 cup butterscotch chips &
1 Tbsp instant coffee)


In a saucepan combine & boil butter, milk, sugar & salt. Cook for 4-5 minutes. Remove from heat & stir in remaining ingredients. Stir until marhsmallows are blended (apprx. 1 minute).
Pour into greased 9x13 inch pan and cool in refrigerator.
Cut into small pieces. Serve cold. Keep in airtight container between sheets of waxed paper.
