so my wife is out of town and I have about 4 quarts of her famous jerk marinade, so what I did, I got a rack of ribs, scored it a little with a sharp knife, rubbed the jerk into them, and stuck them in the fridge. Normally I'd grill this kind of stuff, but it's cold and rainy and I'm by myself, so I broil it in the oven for 20 mins (10 mins each side) and then bake at 400 for 40 mins or so until the pork is nice and tender. don't ask me how to make the jerk because only my wife knows. god it's tasty and extremely spicy. . .
