Chill the pork so it is easier to cut into 5 mm thick slices. Mix the remaining ingredients in a bowl and add the pork. Allow to marinate for at least 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Grill the pork on a barbecue or fry it in a hot pan for a minute or two until it is just done.
Honey may be substituted for the Splenda if you aren't concerned about carbohydrates or calories.
