Ingredients

one large handful of green chilies (preferably african or carribean scotch bonnet)
one large white onion

optional:
one small sweet green bell pepper, cut in strips

Method

blend green chilies and onion together

(to tone down heat - you can add a strip of sweet pepper at a time to reach desired)
