1 chicken, sectioned, or 4 quarters
3 tbsp soy sauce
3 tbsp brown sugar
4 tbsp vinegar
1. Dice ginger and fry in large pot until brown
2. Add diced onion and fry until soft
3. Add chicken and fry both sides for a few minutes
4. Cover with water, add soy sauce and brown sugar
5. Boil for 30 minutes, until chicken is cooked and soft
6. Add vinegar.
7. Boil for additional 15 minutes, until sauce becomes shiny and sticky.
