Mushroom Red Wine Sauce

Ingredients

20 grams butter
20 grams plain flour
dry English mustard
290 ml milk
salt & pepper
110 grams mushrooms
125 ml red wine

Method

Melt butter in a pan
Add flour and mustard and stir over heat for 1 minute
Remove fro heat and add milk
Mix well
Boil gently stirring continuously
Fry sliced mushrooms and add with wine to sauce
Stir and simmer for 2 - 3 minutes
Add salt and pepper to taste
