Remove from pan and set aside and using the oil from the cooking of the meat....
Saute onions, garlic, tomato sauce, red wine, carrots, parsley chicken stock cubes..(this is to your taste as to how many you put in i normally do 3 - 4) and nutmeg
Return meat to pan and add ,
Simmer till nearly tender
Arrange potatoes and on top of meat
Simmer till veggies are tender
Mash half of the potatoes to make the gravy thick
Serve with rice.
