4 cans of drained green beans, 1 can cream of chicken, 1 can hot enchilada sauce, 1 block original cream cheese (room temperature), 1 1/2 cup shredded ceese, and 1 sleeve ritz crackers
Mix cream of chicken, enchilada sauce, and cream cheese until smooth. Fold green beans and 1 cup of cheese into mixture. Pour into oblong baking dish. Crush ritz crackers into small bits. Sautee with 3/4 stick butter (careful not to burn butter) for no longer than 1 min. Sprinkle 1/2 cup of cheese over the dish. Sprinkle ritz crackers over the cheese evenly. Bake at 350 for approx. 30 min. or until sides are bubbly.
