Put the turkey meat in a mixing bowl
Pre heat the oven to 350 degrees F
Season with all the spices, enough to coat the top (be easy on the salt)
Massage spices through the meat and repeat seasoning to ensure an even dispersal of the spices
Drizzle extra virgin olive oil enough to coat the meat and mix (this will ensure the meat doesn't dry out when baking)
Take a palm full of meat and shape it into a meatball
Place the meatballs on a baking tray and set it in the oven for 40 mins or until the meat becomes dark brown w/ a hard surface
Serve with gravy and stuffing.. Enjoy!
