Sugar Free Pineapple Pie

Ingredients

Graham Cracker Pie Crust
1 pre-baked Graham Cracker crust (9 inch)
l large package sugar free instant vanilla pudding
8 oz crushed pineapple with juice
8 oz sour cream
1/2 cup cool whip

Method

In a large mixing bowl, combine pineapple, dry pudding mix. Stir well then
add sour cream. Beat on low speed for 2 minutes. Blend in cool whip

Poiur mixture into prepared pie shell. Chill and add cool whip before
serving

Variation: Pour 1/2 mixture in bottom of the crust. Add sliced bananas,
then the other 1/2 of mixture. Add cool whip to top after chilling.
