-Fry onions in oil.
-Add chilipowder, salt, turmeric, paprika powder, cumin and coriander. Fry for 1 minute.
-Add chickpeas and tomatoes.
-Cover the whole lot and let it simmer for 20 minutes. Stir from time to time. Add garam masala and keep it simmering for another 10 minutes.
-This dish is especially happy when eaten with naan bread!
