3 pkgs frozen spinach
8 oz whipped cream cheese
1 small jar marinated artichoke hearts
6 T milk or cream
1/4 cup butter
1/3 cup parmesan cheese, or more, if desired
salt and pepper, to taste
garlic powder, to taste
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Thaw and drain spinach well (the more well drained, the better the end result). Arrange in bottom of casserole dish and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Drain oil from artichokes over spinach and layer hearts, whipped cream cheese, and butter over artichokes. Sprinkle on parmesan cheese.
Bake uncovered for 40 minutes.
