Use a large-ish post Syrup2 ½ cups boiling water1 cup sugar1 tsp cinnamon2 lids of brandy (I never used this) Dumplings 1 ½ cups flour¼ tsp salt2 tsp bi-carb½ cup butter or marg½ cup apricot jam
melt butter and jam in bi-carb in potstir flour and alt into above mixturemix wellspoon mixture into boiling syrupput lid on pot and cook on top of stove for about 10 minutes Serve with Custard….. I just used the bought custard.
