Pineapple Fridge Pudding

Ingredients

1 Tin Ideal/Carnation Milk chilled overnight
1/2 castor sugar
1 small size tin granadilla (passionfruit) pulp
410grms pineapple chunks - drained
1 pkt lemon jelly (mix with 1 cup of boiling water
and put in fridge to cool down - do not let it set
Tennis / Nice biscuits crushed

Method

Beat Ideal/Carnation Milk till thick and increased
in volume (more than double)
Gradually add castor sugar - beat well
Add jelly, fold in pineapple and grandadilla
pulp.
Alternatively, layer crushed bisucits and pudding mix.

Keep in fridge and serve cold.
