Preparation time: 10 min
Cooking time: 15-20 min

Serves: 4-5

any mushrooms (babe portobello's are best) 1-2 store bags
1/2 stick of butter
2 tbs flower
1-1/2 cups heavy cream (must be this can't use milk)
thyme (a herb, kinda woody)
1-2 tbs leamon juice (fresh of course)

Take a large pan and put on med heat. add half a sick of butter in the pan and melt butter (save the other 1/4 for later). once melted create roue (butter and flower mixed together). add 1 cup of heavy cream to pan and stir in butter and flower, add thyme. let boil and reduce a little bit. add mushrooms and cook for about 10 mins (do not salt until near ned of cooking time)...if everything is done right and the mushrooms steep in the cream the cream should change color and become a little brown. keep cooking a little bit longer and add the salt and pepper. in total it should take about 10-15 mins to cook the mushrooms and everything be ready.
