Preparation time: 3 minutes
1 can Lite Cherry Pie Filling,
1 can crushed Pineapple,
1 box low sugar Yellow Cake Mix,
2 sticks Margarine or Butter
1/2 cup granola
Grease a 9x13 inch pan. Dump pie filling into pan. Spread out. Spoon pineapple on top of pie filling. Sprinkle dry cake mix over fruit. Slice butter and place on top of cake mix evenly over all (thin slices) until covered. Sprinkle granola over the top. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour until bubbly.
Great if served warm with some whipped cream.
