Easy Fried Rice

1 cup prepared rice
1 egg
1 Tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp vegetable oil
1/4 cup prepared mixed vegetables
1/4 cup cooked shrimp


Beat together egg, soy sauce, and vegetable oil in a small skillet. Add rice and mix until coated. Put on medium heat and cook until egg is done. Add vegetables and shrimp.
