Cooking time: 10 - 15 mins
Difficulty: Easy - for beginners
1 T lemon juice
1 T olive oil
1/2 large red pepper, chopped
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 T fresh parsley, chopped
1 tsp dijon mustard
1/2 tsp pepper
1 wheel of brie
Combine all ingredients except cheese in a small bowl.
Place the brie in a shallow glass baking dish and poke several holes in top with a fork.
Pour red pepper mixture over top, cover and refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight to marinade.
Preheat oven or barbeque to 350 F.
Bake cheese for 10 - 15 minutes or until sides start to bulge.
Serve with crackers.
