Egg Salad

6 eggs
¼ cup mayonnaise
1 tsp Dijon mustard and yellow mustard (half and half)
½ lemon (juiced)
salt and pepper
1 tsp vinegar
1 tsp dill weed


1. Boil eggs 20-30 minutes.
2. Remove shells and chop eggs into small pieces.
3. Mix all ingredients in bowl.
4. Chill in refrigerator.
