Honey Apple Dessert

Ingredients

2 apples
150 ml honey
Dash of cinnamon
Several scoops of vanilla ice cream

Method

Cut apples into thin slices, removing seeds but leaving the skin. In a small frying pan begin heating honey on medium to high heat. As soon as the honey begins to bubble add apples and flip them a few times to coat them with the honey. Fry for five to ten minutes and sprinkle cinnamon over the apples, mixing everything one last time. Scoop several scoops of vanilla ice cream into two or three bowls and pour fried apples over them. Garnish with a little more cinnamon and serve immediately.
