1 pouch of Lipton Recipe Onion Soup Mix
1/4 tsp chili powder
1 lb beef stir-fry strips
2 tbsp vegetable oil (divided)
1/2 red pepper (sliced)
1/2 green pepper (sliced)
1/2 yellow pepper (sliced)
1/3 cup water
3 green onions (finely chopped)
8 large whole-wheat flour tortillas
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
Blend soup mix with chili powder.
Toss beef strips in soup mixture.
Heat half of the oil in a large nonstick skillet (set over med-high heat).
Add beef to pan in two batches, adding remaining oil as necessary.
Brown beef on all sides for 2 minutes (per batch).
Add peppers, water and any remaining soup mixture.
Cook, stirring often, for 1 minute or until sauce has thickened slightly.
Remove from heat and stir in green onions.
Divide meat mixture, cheese and sourcream evenly between tortillas.
Fold filled tortillas to encase filling.
