2 avocados, peeled and diced
2 Tblsp fresh lime juice (1 lime)
2 small cans mandarin slices, diced
1 cup pomegranate seeds (1 fruit)
1/2 cup green onions, thinly sliced (green parts only)
2 Tblsp honey
1/2 tsp salt
1 jalapeno, minced
1/2 cup cilantro (optional)
pitas
1) Mix together all ingredients in a large bowl
2) Pour into large yogurt container, seal with lid, and place in fridge for 1-3 hours to let flavours blend.
3) Cut pitas into slices
4) Broil pitas 3 min/side
5) Remove mix from fridge while pitas are broiling, mix, and place into serving dish
6) Serve
