Serves: 4-6 servings
3 cups chopped strawberries
3/4 cup pineapple juice
1/2 large banana
1. In a food processor or blender, puree strawberries, pineapple juice, banana and 1/4 cup water until smooth. Transfer to a bowl. Cover and refrigerate until completely cold or overnight.
2. Stir fruit mixture. Transfer to an ice cream maker and freeze according to manufacturer's instructions.
