Serves: 4-6 servings
1 1/2 cups 1% milk
1 tsp unflavored gelatin
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 cups plain low-fat yogurt
1. In a small saucepan, combine milk with gelatin. Let stand for 1 minutes or until gelatin is softened. stir over low heat until gelatin is dissolved.
2. Stir in sugar and vanilla until sugar is dissolved. Transfer to a bowl. Let cool to room temperature. Cover and refrigerate until completely cold or overnight.
3. Stir in yogurt. Transfer to an ice cream maker and freeze according to manufacturer's instructions.
