Dietary guidance: v
2 (6 ounce) can tuna, drained
1/2 small onion, minced
pepper to taste
1 or 2 pickles (cut into cubes, optional)
2 English muffins, split (or you could use french bread)
4 slices Cheddar cheese (or swiss, mozzarella, parmesan...whichever you like)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a small bowl, combine tuna, minced onion, and black pepper, pickles.
Divide mixture onto 4 halves of English Muffins or slice open french bread and spread the tuna on the bread.
Top each with a slice of Cheddar cheese or sprinkle with cheese of your cheese.
Cut in half and wrap in foil.
Place on baking sheet.
Bake in oven for 10 minutes
