Dietary guidance: v
2 c. flour
2 c. strong white flour
2 c. warm water
4 1/2 t. yeast
2 t. sugar
2 t. salt
herbs of your choosing, in quantities of your chosing
garlic, minced- as much as you like
Put ingredients in the pan of your bread machine in order. Set it for a 2 lb. loaf, whichever crust darkness you prefer, and let it run. It works best on a full cycle, not a quick one.
I like to use Italian herb seasoning, and dump in about 2 T., as well as 2-3 t. garlic, but you could try any number of herb combinations. Dill also works quite well.
