Preparation time: 15 minutes
Dietary guidance: v
2.66 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. cold butter, cubed
2 T. white vinegar
.5 c. water
Measure out flour
Cut up cold butter into small cubes
Add to flour
Either smash up butter with hands or use a pastry cutter to incorporate the butter
Mix the vinegar and egg in a seperate cup
Add to flour/butter mixture
Measure out .5 c. of water, add 1/2 of it.
Keep adding water until the dough is no longer dry but not too sticky.
But in fridge for 15 minutes before rolling out.
