Whole Wheat Crepes

Light, yet filling, these are a yummy for weekend mornings

1 cup whole wheat flour
1 cup milk
1 egg

dash of salt


combine ingredients, add a little more milk for thinner crepes.

pour by ladle or spoon onto hot flat pan and flip when the sides of the crepe come slightly up.

Serve with butter/margarine or other spreadable product.
