Speghetti & Meat Balls...:)

This is a saucy simple dish with just the right flavors..:O

Preparation time: 5 mins
Cooking time: 20 mins

Serves: 4


Meat Balls:
1 pound ground beef
1 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup bread crumbs
3 tablespoon olive oil

2 cans (8oz)Tomato sauce
1/2 teaspoon Zatr ( arab spice i.e. mix of tyhme,basil etc)
1 teaspoon cider vinegar
1tablespoon soya sauce
1chicken bullion cube
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1 tablespoon olive oil.
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese


Mix all ingredients of meat balls, form into mini meatballs. Shallow fry in olive oil.

Add in tomato sauce w/ spices, vinegar,soya sauce & chicken bullion cube. Let it simmer till thick & bubbly on low heat. Finally add the olive oil. Serve on speghetti sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
