Foil Chicken

4 chicken breasts
any seasoning/marinade you want
tin foil
baking sheet


Marinade or season your chicken over night or for a couple of hours. It isn't necessary...just adds more flavor.
If you don't marinade your chicken, simply season with salt/pepper, bbq seasoning...your call.
Preheat oven to 350/180
Tear a sheet of tin foil large enough to wrap all of the chicken up in it--like a close pouch.
Bake for 25-30 that the chicken is no longer pink.

This is such a great way to cook chicken for the main meal, or to add to salads. It's so easy. You can also add cut up vegetables to the chicken pouch if you like.
